We do not offer refunds for any product purchased physically in the shop or online.
If a purchaser is not happy with the product purchased, due to it being faulty or any other unfavorable circumstance, they are welcome to return it for an exchange. That is for another size or colour or type or even for a different product provided that the initially spent amount is utilized to the fullest.
For example: A purchaser buys a shoe size no. 7 for 800.00 and does not want the shoe anymore, or it was a gift and the person receiving the gift was already gifted a similar product, then the purchaser can return it and take out a wallet for example that cost 550.00 and a key card holder that cost 250.00 together the total amount gives you 800.00.
In the case the purchaser would like to exchange with a product that cost more than the initially spent amount, the purchaser will have to top up with the additional amount required.
For example: A purchaser buys a product worth 800.00 and wants to exchange it for another product that cost 850.00, the purchaser must top up an amount of 50.00 to carry out the exchange.

NB! The purchaser must have their receipt / proof of purchase in order to qualify for an exchange. All the courier / shipping costs for any exchange belong to the purchaser. The product to be exchanged with must be in re-sellable condition.
